3D Modeling and Rendering?

I’m looking to build a computer that can kinda do both so I can start school for it. I have some kind of whipped up but I’m not sure what I should go with, any advice?

The PC Part Picker List looks good to me. You could save some cash and go with a B550 Motherboard and might also want to consider a stronger PSU just to be on the safe side (650 - 750W) as those 30xx Series GPUs from Nvidia do like to draw a lot of power.
