Advice for Workstation for CAD drafting, Vray rendering, Lumion, 3D max and Sketch up

I want to build a workstation for CAD drafting, Vray rendering, Lumion, 3D max and Sketch up with specification below.

CPU: AMD Ryzen 9 3950X 3.5GHz 16-Core Processor ($689.99)
CPU Cooler: be quiet! Dark Rock Pro 4 ($82.71)

That's an excellent build and I see no issues! Do note that some CAD Software packages like Solidworks have some minor features that make good use of PRO GPUs like the Nvidia Quadro Series. If you don't use solidworks or such features though (maybe you only use sketchup?) then a mainstream consumer gpu like the above 2060 super will perform nicely and at a much better price point.

I'd say, go for it! :)

I use Sketch up only for 3d modelling. Thanks for advice. I will go for it.
