Advice in replacing Graphic Card

Hi, I am thinking to buy the below list for building a PC workstation for primary use of Premier Pro/Blender softwares.

CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 3800X 3.9GHz 8-Core Processor ($334.89)
CPU Cooler: AMD Wraith Prism Cooler (Included with CPU) (-)

GPU: Nvidia RTX 3070 8GB - ZOTAC Gaming Twin Edge ($1499.00)
Memory: 16GB (2 x 8GB) G.Skill Ripjaws V DDR4-3200 C16 ($64.99)
Storage PCIe-SSD: ADATA XPG SX8200 Pro 512GB NVME M.2 Solid State Drive ($64.99)
Power Supply: Corsair CX Series CX550M 550W ATX 2.4 Power Supply ($70.04)
Case: Fractal Design Define R5 Black ATX Mid Tower Case ($141.31)

Can i replace the graphic card with following one to reduce the cost, or does it have compatibilty issue. Please suggest.

Also if there is still some components I can replace that reduce cost then please suggest

Yes, you can change the GPU to the RTX 3060 model you listed without any issues. The rest of the components look good to me! I'd say, go for it
