I'm looking for advice and tweaks/suggestions for this build. It'll be used for gaming, with a budget of around $1000, and I'm in the UK.

You can save a bit more money on your CPU and put it towards your GPU (drop to a Ryzen 5 3600). That particular GPU is now pretty overpriced, so I'd recommend hunting for other options at that price point locally. Other than that, looks good to me :)
