Best Company To Buy Builds

Hey there, i'm a disgruntled Mac Studio owner who wants to buy a pc - but only for 3d. I have a list below, and it looks good to me, but when you have your list, is there a preferred company to go to for the actual build? Any suggestions?

For a multi-GPU build such as the one above you'll have to go with the used market as the 1900X and current-gen Nvidia GPUs aren't really being manufactured anymore (as far as I know). Ebay most likely is the best place to buy.
