If you need color accuracy and therefore an IPS Panel Monitor (which are usually more expensive than less accurate TN panel monitors) at that price range you'll have to make some sacrifices, probably in screen size and resolution and bit-depth. For true 10bit monitors you'll need some more money to spend.
That said here are a few that would fit your budget and still offer good quality with some drawbacks:
- AOC 22P2Q, 21.5"
- BenQ BL2480T, 23.8"
- Philips E-line 246E9QJAB, 23.8"
If you need something bigger, you'll have to trade some color accuracy but it's possible:
- ASUS VZ279HE, 27"
- BenQ BL2780, 27"
If you really just do animation without any compositing, color grading or other visually demanding work (just viewport previews and the like), then you could also think about going with a TN Panel Monitor, you'll have some other options here:
- ASUS VP278QG, 27"
- ASUS VS248HR, 24"
