Sorry if this build has already been shared for this kind of work, but im very new to pc builds (I originally worked on a Surface Pro 4). I want to make sure that this is a good starting point for me and that it will handle running multiple models and rendering. Any advice would be appreciated and if there's better options im open to them. Im trying to stay in the $1500 price range as again im just starting and am open to upgrading later on.

It's a decent build for your workloads! As is the case currently, GPUs are quite overpriced, and that 1650 super you have on your list there should be cheaper. The pricing of the other parts look good to me though!
