Blender High Poly Skulpting.Cpu or Gpu(Which Should i Priotirize)

Urgent help needed.i have an old pc(corei7 8700 non k version). With my budget I Can either buy Intel corei9 12700k+Ram(32 GB 3600 mHz cl16)+Motherboard(Asrock z690 Steel Legend Atx)+Cooler(ekwb 240 mm cpu cooler)..... or 3070ti Graphics card.Gaming not an issue .And 3D Rendering not a problem either(Beginner and not bothered by all night rendering).All I need to know is for high poly blender skulpting which should i buy right now.

Sculpting will most likely benefit from the faster CPU than from a new GPU. Viewing the model might be gpu bound somewhat, but actually sculpting / using tools and such will rely on the CPU's single core performance. I'd go with the 12700k.
