Budget PC Build

Hello! So I'm very new to the pc building community and I'm looking to build a pc. I'm wondering what people will suggest for a budget around $500, its ok if it goes past a little bit but needs to stay below $600. I am very much into gaming and I hopefully want to start streaming. I know for what I want to do my budget is kind of low but I'm just wondering. Let me know what parts would be the best, thank you!
