Build advice - PC for Maya Bifrost fluids, ncloth

Hello!

I would love some advice about this build below. I want something that can handle modeling and animating complex stuff in Maya including Bifrost fluids and nCloth. Any advice would be helpful. Rendering is a little less important since I have access to a render farm.

Excellent build, you can't do much wrong with that kind of setup. I say go for it!
