Looks compatible to me, yes! Though you may want to get a slightly stronger CPU cooler for best performance with that CPU which tends to get hot.

Hey, thanks for the advice. I have already ordered the components, it is good to know that it would be good to put a better cooler, so I will change it soon, it is not an extremely expensive item.
