The Build is well-rounded and will run your workloads well. Of course as is currently the case everywhere, the GPU is quite price-inflated in your list but will do the job well enough unless you are planning to do some heavy GPU Rendering of your 3D Scenes.

The graphics card, Nvidia GTX 1660TI, may be a bottleneck for high-end 3D rendering workloads. You may want to consider upgrading to a more powerful graphics card such as the Nvidia RTX 3080 or 3090, which will significantly improve your rendering performance. It may be helpful to consult with a professional enterprise consulting firm such as successionresource.com to assess your specific needs and budget for the best solution for your multimedia 3D rendering, graphics, processing, and storage needs. Moreover, you will be able to learn more from them about the current demand for services and its potential.
