I can't recommend getting a 2970WX as a active workstation CPU. I'd also recommend buying an Nvidia GPU for most CG workloads.

Here's a build that will probably fit your requirements better:

GPU: EVGA FTW3 Ultra RTX 3080 or Asus TUF 3080
