Just to add some background, I'm not a professional, and do 3D animation as a hobby, I'm also a casual gamer, not into the hardcore stuff. any advice on this setup would be highly appreciated. This is already a lil over budget so I don't think I can afford to chip in some more to go higher either.

The build looks good, though the CPU might be a bit on the low-end. Do see if you can find either a Ryzen 3300x or a 3600 for around 150-160$, which would get you much better performance.

The rest of the components look great for your workloads.
