The GPU is the main cost driver here and I'm sure you can find that or a similar one at a much lower price point. A 3060Ti really shouldn't be much more expensive than 400$ at non-inflated prices. So if you can find that GPU at 400$ (and prices are slowly coming down as we speak) you could shave off almost half the cost of the build.
