I need to know where to plug in 3 noctua 120 case fans setup as a push on front liquid cooler. I also have 2 noctua 120 fans mounted as a pull on the inside of the liquid cooler. I have an Asus Z690-F motherboard. Should I plug the 3 fans into the cpu-fan header and the 2fans into the cpu-opt header? Also should I plug the pump that is on the cpu into the AIO header?

We have an article covering this question here: https://www.cgdirector.com/connect-aio-pump/

If I understand you correctly, you should connect the pump into the AIO header, yes. That header should run at 100% by default. The other fans should be ramped up and down depending on your CPU temperature, so using the CPU_Fan and Opt for them would make sense.

Be sure the FAN and OPT are set up to ramp up and down exactly the same in the BIOS.
