What do you peeps think about it, did I miss something, will it work. something I should upgrade or change

The pc will be for my brother he will use it for mainly for gaming but he will do some coding (excel, R, etc)
His max for the pc is 2k cad but he would like to stay around the price that the build is now (1770 cad)

Check for prices on a Core i7 10700K /i5 10600K or an 11600K in your region? If they're close enough to the 9700K, I'd recommend those instead. You should be able to get one of those for cheaper than a 9700K :) As for your motherboard, pick a decent Z490/Z590 motherboard and you'll be good to go. You can find a list here - https://www.cgdirector.com/best-z490-motherboards-intel-10th-gen-cpus/

That said, the GPU is a bit underpowered compared to the rest of the system. But with the GPU stock problems, you probably won't have too much choice anyway.
