Is this a good build for modeling, rendering and animation in Blender, Maya and ZBrush?

I'm a student and I do tons of work in Blender, Maya, ZBrush, Unity, and Unreal. Mainly, I sculpt and model 3d characters so I need a good PC.
The laptop I have now is alright but I'm tired of it consistently crashing on me when doing anything remotely complex and I want to be able to upgrade parts later on if need be. I need something reliable that's able to render fast and not slow down when doing high-poly work.
I live in America.
Also, I've never built a PC before so be gentle.

Hey David,
The build will perform nicely in your workloads. The only thing that is quite overpriced is the GPU which usually goes for half the price. See id you can find it at or around 400-500$ somewhere, then that'll be a great build.

Thanks for the reply
I can't find any GPUs right now that aren't horribly inflated.
I'm hoping to buy bits and pieces as they become reasonable and then build the whole thing when I can.
That being said, if you know of another GPU that's good, works with the build, and isn't inflated I'd love to hear.

I'd say try finding something like an RTX 3060/ 3070/ 3080. Anything you can find in stock is good.

Also, I keep seeing the best prices on ShopBLT.
Are they a reliable website/vendor to buy from?
