First time PC build

Hi, I'm new to this forum. I am using this local shop to help me build a pc that is customizable. This is the build they have recommended.

PC mostly used for Blender, general work.
GPU rendering.

1[SSD] Team-Group M.2 PCIe MP34 (512GB)
1[PSU] SilverStone ET650-HG V1.2 Essential 80+ Gold, Semi-Modular, Flat Cable (650W)-
1[Chassis] Thermaltake S100 Black MATX chassis (No chassis fans inclusive)
1[OS] Windows 10 Home (unactivated)
3[Chassis Fan] Cooler Master SickleFlow 120 PWM ARGB Fan
1[Air Cooling] Sycthe Mugen 5 Black RGB
1[Monitor] ASUS VP249QGR 23.8 inch, Full HD, IPS, Frameless, 1ms MPRT, 144Hz, Adaptive-Sync (FreeSync™)

Is this build ok for my use?
My budget is SGD $2400

I don't see any glaring issues with the build; it should work well for your workloads
