Hello all!

First Timer here, wanting to build my first PC

Budget: $500-$1300
Country: United States
Wants:
-Moderate gaming (Minecraft, Red Dead, GTA)
-Graphic design (Photoshop)
-Illustration (Paint Tool Sai, Clip Studio Paint)
-2-D animation (ToonBoom, Photoshop)

Nothing crazy required, but I want it to run smoothly when rendering high resolution illustrations, open to any advice, scared of getting ripped off on a pre-built

While that build looks good overall, the GPU is quite price-inflated. See if you can find something like a GTX 1660 Super or Ti for that price, which would net you some higher performance for your workloads.
