Fusion 360 CAD - Config plan - Help

Hi everybody,

I've just created a list of Hardware as following:

CPU: I5 - 10600K
GPU: Nvidia P2200 5GB
RAM: Corsair Vengeance LPX 32GB
Storage: Samsung MZ-V7S500BW 970 EVO Plus 500 GB NVMe M.2 + Seagate BarraCuda 2 TB HDD
Mainboard: MSI Z490 Tomahawk
Power Supply: Corsair RM750x - 750Watt
Cooler: Be Quiet, Dark Rock 4 CPU kühler
Case: Corsair Carbidge 275R

So I would use this config for my 3D Modelling work on Autodesk Fusion 360. Mid-Complicated Product design.
I'm also using the rendering functions but not that much.
Procentual 90% 3D Modelling and 10% Rendering.

Could anybody please tell me, if my config above fits together?

Greet from Berlin

Hey Volkan,
Looks good to me. The 10600k has great single core performance that will let you do some smooth active work, and the P2200, although it's somewhat on the low-end, will speed up your viewport and shaded/wireframe views well enough.

Hey Alex,

Thank you for your feedback!

After I checked my list above, I've changed some parts for a better performance:

CPU: i7 - 10700K
GPU: Nvidia Quadro P4000 8 Gb
RAM: Corsair Vengeance LPX 32GB DDR4 - 3200 mhz C16 XMP (the other one had 2933 Mhz. I hope 3200 Mhz would also be fine for i7-10700K)
Storage: Samsung MZ-V7S500BW 970 EVO Plus 500 GB NVMe M.2 + Samsung Evo 500Gb Sata SSD
Mainboard: MSI MAG Z490 Tomahawk
Power Supply: Corsair RM750x - 750Watt
Cooler: Be Quiet, Dark Rock 4 CPU kühler
Case: Be quiet! Pure Base 500

I'm going to order the list now and would try to assembly. With a little bit luck, I would have a new PC which also runs :D

P.S: I thank you also for publishing such a detailed and informative Website. It's a really great job!

Those are good tweaks. Having some extra clock speed on the ram can give you marginally higher performance, and the extra SSD can then be used for all of your OS and Apps, while the nvme ssd can hold your project files.

The P4000 has 8GB of VRAM which will bring a nice performance difference in more complex scenes.
