Hey Marco, I'll have to start with the customary - wait for Zen 3 to be announced on October 8th before deciding on a purchase.

As for the build, it needs a little tweaking.

Replace the 9400F with a Ryzen 5 3600 ($175), pair it with a cheaper B550 motherboard like Gigabyte's B550 DS3H ($95) or if you want to stay within budget and won't be upgrading anytime soon, an Asrock B450M Pro 4 ($77). This way, you're free to upgrade your graphics card to the $400~ range without replacing any other parts.

The rest of the build looks pretty okay for this budget. I'd suggest grabbing more storage than 256GB though. Minimum of 500GB to not have a headache.

But as I said, it'd be ideal to just wait for a couple more weeks if possible.
