Attempting to create a affordable gaming computer that can do a bit of digital image creating via programs like photoshop and possible Blender. I have included multiple different GPUs as the options I've found so far that seem to look good, only planning to buy one GPU (this isn't going to be a multiple GPU computer, at least not for now).
  • Budget $1200-2000
  • Generally going to be used for gaming, but will use some graphics programs like photoshop or Blender
  • Creating a computer that can be upgraded in the next year or two would be good.
  • Shipping parts in USA

I guess I should add that what I was hoping to learn here was if some fresh eyes see anything wrong with this build before I commit to it.

Looks good to me! The RTX GPUs do have quite a bit higher performance in Blender's Cycles and other GPU render engines, so if you can swing it, I'd go for that one.

Turns out it was mostly all good, the power supply came with too short of cables for a few things... so remember kids, when planning, remember to measure twice, buy once. Also, apparently the case doesn't support an optical drive for the front, another important feature that was missed while looking at cases, mental noted for future. Thanks for the help, and hope the discoveries here helps others in the future should they stumble upon this thread.
