Hi, I'm looking to build a new pc for digital art. Software would be CorelDraw Graphics Suite, Painter and a some stuff on Blender. I also use a graphics tablet.

My Budget is $1,500.00.

Would this build be sufficient?

Yes, this build should do just fine. The only thing you could change would be that CPU cooler to something either cheaper/similar or something better like a Noctua nh-d15.
