Help me configure a new PC for gaming and general use

Hi everyone!
I am completely new to PC building, so any feedback would be greatly appreciated.
I am looking for a fairly powerful PC that can handle modern games, real-time ray tracing, and a general use workload for working and programming.
My budget is about $2300 (8000 nis), and I am buying in Israel. I am not looking to upgrade this PC in the near future, but I do hope that it will last, and I am willing to update it in the long run.
Are this requirements reasonable for my budget, and do you have any specific advice/suggestions/explanations about this?
Thanks!
Tomer

Yep, for your use case, this is a great build. It should last quite a while. You can skip the Gen 4 NVMe SSD and opt for something like a Crucial P1 NVMe if it's considerably cheaper in your region. If it's only a few $$, then keep it as is. No changes needed :)
