I need some help :(

Hi guys, I’ll build my new PC tomorrow but I have a little question.
I bought the MSI Velox 100R, it includes an ARGB HUB but I have no idea how to connect it because it has a 3 Pin and SATA cable.
My question is
Do I have to connect both? Or Do I have to connect just one? I don’t want to burn it out
