Is this a good PC for gaming?

I need help before I save up for this, I need to know about this PC, if it would be good for gaming, and if the parts in general are good.

Both the CPU and GPU are heavily price inflated. Unfortunately this is seen for most Ryzen 5xxx CPU and Nvidia GPUs at the moment. Be sure to check the regular MSRP prices and find deals that aren't too crazily inflated.

That said, for gaming you shouldn't have to buy a 16-Core CPU such as the 5950X. If you have budget constraints, take a look at the 5800X or 5900X. Depending on the type of games you play, a stronger GPU might also come in handy. A 3060 Ti or 3070 for example for perform extremely well for high-end games.

64GB of RAM is a lot and not really needed for gaming. You can easily get away with 32 or even 16 for most games.

Of course if you have no budget constraints, there is nothing speaking against getting these kinds of high-end components.
