That GPU is quite weak compared to the rest of the System. See if you can find something like a GTX 1660 Super for a decent price, which would work well with the other parts. Both Video Editing and Gaming would be possible with such parts, though of course it depends on the quality of the game or FPS you want to achieve, and the complexity of your video editing projects.
