Is this a good setup?

Hi there! I'm looking for a desktop setup that can run unreal engine and maybe blender smoothly, since I'd like to create environments as references for my artwork. My budget is around 1500, but i might be able to push it a little if need be. I was wondering if either of these would be a good setups for that kind of thing?

This was the default when i first entered the CGdirector website

This was the alternate build given when I specified 1500 budget, any CPU, any GPU, and 3d modeling and animation (admittedly, I don't know if that's considered the right category)

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Also I got the note "Compatibility Note: Some GPU Render Engines require Nvidia GPUs" and I'm not sure how to check if that's the case here

If you're not sure, it's almost always better to go Nvidia for pro work. The second build looks good to me, just swap that GPU with an Nvidia option, and you should be good to go
PS. You can also up that PSU to 750W if you want to leave more headroom for future upgrades.
