Budget: 2100 Euro

Country: Germany/Austria

Useage: gaming, light video editing, some coding

Hey guys, I'm looking to build a mini itx rig in the H1 from NZXT. It being in in the H1 and therefore being a mini itx build is a must, the friend I'm building it for absolutely wants this case.

Here's my first version of the part list:

I've already gotten a few pointers but would like to know if you agree and if you have better part recommendations.

  1. Switching to a ddr4 board and memory in order to lower cost and maybe get a 3080 as the memory isn't a bottleneck.
  2. Swap the ssd to something with more value for money
I' really appreciate any piece swaps or recommendations y'all have 🙂

Thanks a bunch in advance ~Alex

Looks good to me! Maybe an nvme ssd such as the Seagate Firecuda 530 would net you some higher transfer performance without being that much more expensive.

D4 Motherboard and RAM might be slightly cheaper right now, that's true, though RAM in general is quite cheap at the moment so it might as well be an opportune time to jump onto DDR5.
