Laptop just broke and am looking into buying a work station

Using the generator thing I came to this, the workstation would be used for gaming, office work, animation, and editing. Any thoughts, concerns, or advice for what I should be buying?

Looks like a well-rounded build for your kind of workloads. You could also get away with a B550 Motherboard to save some cash, and spend some more on a stronger GPU.
