Looking for a gaming PC

I am going to be streaming and video editing on the PC, and am looking for a 4K set-up with however much frame rates I can get with my budget. $1500-$3000 is what I’m shooting for. I am building a PC as it’s cheaper than a pre-built one, and I’m having trouble listing down what parts I need, I want to get an estimate for how much to save. I want to try become a youtuber and test my luck, and if things take off I’ll upgrade from there obviously but in the end I’ll have a nice PC set up whatever happens
