Low Gpu usage on vray + sketchup

My system specs is
Ryzen 3700x + 32gb ram + RTX 3080 to

When I render a room in sketchup 2020 using vray 4.4 in cuda mode with both cpu and GPU

The CPU usage is always at 100%
But GPU usage is only 7-20℅ Fluctuating in task manager and 35-65 % fluctuating in GPU-Z application.

How do I make it utilize 100% of my GPU.

The Taskmanager reports GPU utilization in CUDA workloads incorrectly, so you won't be able to use that tool to check on GPU load. GPU-Z, though should do a good job here. Does GPU-Z show a max of 65% when you render in GPU Mode only? (Without CPU)

I always use cuda with both GPU and CPU ticked so the above mentioned 35%-65% result was when using both together
