Mini ITX & eGPU build

Hi.
I am planning for a small form factor pc supported by an eGPU build.
Cabinet 1:
Gigabyte Z590I AORUS ULTRA (rev. 1.0)
Gigabyte Maple Ridge TB4 riser card connected to the motherboard by a pci Express16 cable
Cabinet 2:
ADT-Link slot for connection a GPU
GeForce RTX™ 3060 Ti EAGLE OC 8GZ590I AORUS ULTRA (rev. 1.0)
Gigabyte Maple Ridge TB4 riser card PCIe 3.0 x4 connector.
TB4 cable for connection between the two Maple Ridge cards.
Is this connections possible

I haven't really dealt with Thunderbolt directly that much, so not too sure. But won't you need a Thunderbolt 4.0 header on the Z590I Aorus Ultra (1.0)? AFAIK, it doesn't seem to come with one. It's also not listed under the supported motherboards list here - https://www.gigabyte.com/Motherboard/GC-MAPLE-RIDGE-rev-10#kf

The Maple Ridge 1.0 card is supported by the Z590 motherboard. Connected to the pcie x16
