Mother boards

Hi There,

I'm looking to buy m boyfriend a mother board so he can began building his PC. He wants to build a PC to stream things for him.

Can you someone list some recommendations?

With buying a motherboard you also set in stone what type of CPU his PC will support, so you might want to take care here. An obvious CPU choice would be AMD Ryzen, which would mean you can buy him either a B550 or X570 Motherboard. Good options here are either the MSI Tomahawk or MSI Unify series.

If you think he'd rather have an Intel CPU, of course you'll need a Z490 chipset motherboard.

I think these two mother boards are best for gaming and live streaming currently I am using (Asus Prime Z390-A Motherboard LGA1151) this one but I will upgrade to (ASUS ROG Strix Z490 ATX Gaming Motherboard) this one.
