I'm building my first PC for gaming purpose, dual monitor setup and 1440p gaming, hoping this build can last for 5 years++

Budget is around MYR 16000 (Converted to 3400 USD)

INTEL CORE I7 14700K
Arctic Liquid Freezer II 360 AIO Liquid Cooler
MSI MAG Z790 TOMAHAWK MAX WIFI (ATX/16+1+1 VRM/4xDDR5 7800/4x M.2/8xSATA/ARGB/2.5G LAN/WIFI7+BT V5.4)

Very nice top-tier build, so wouldn't really swap anything major, tbh. You could optimize costs (depending on pricing in your region) if you opt for an AMD Ryzen 7800X3D and an X670 motherboard. Check if that's cheaper in your region :)
