My pc build specs for blender 3d high resolution game model and for 3d unity game development. What is your opinion ? Is it good for 3d work?

It always depends on what you are paying for it. There will always be better parts, but if the above config fits your budget, then that is excellent. The components themselves will run blender and gaming workloads just fine, though this depends on the quality / fps you want in games, or the complexity of your scenes in blender.
