Hey David,
Looks great to me. You really can't do much wrong with the kind of components you've selected. They are all compatible and will perform excelently in C4D and Adobe Apps. Go for it!

Of course there is the possibility to wait for the upcoming Nvidia GPUs, but you might have some difficulty finding them in stock at launch.
