New Build Plan - New to PCs and PC gaming

I am completely new to all of this but have been reading and watching videos for a couple years now. Looking to build a new pc for strictly gaming and NO streaming. I am working with about a $2500-3000 budget and trying to buy all from Best Buy. I know many of the items are RGB and Corsair, it is just what I found from researching. I don't really care about RGB or brand. Please let me know your comments or concerns with the build list.
