Hi, there first time posting to this forum.
My budget is $5k-$5.5, purchasing components online in the US.

My main workload is editing 4k+6k braw/prores with Premiere, After Effects, and cinema 4d w/redshift.
Secondary would be lightroom, PS, and twin motion.

Upgrade- Since I work for a company, I pulled a lot of strings to get this budget and I don't want to be upgrading this machine for a few years. However, I don't want to rule upgrading out completely after that.

After days of research and reading many articles on this site and others I have come up with the following specs and components.
I am looking for any comments, advice, or things to look out for on the list below.
This list also leaves me with a few extra dollars and while I could buy extra drives and RAID my media drives. But, maybe there is a better place to put it, like upgrading the listed components?
Thank you for your time!

Seems like a well-researched build. I wouldn't change anything here.

PS. Just make sure that the CPU cooler you're getting is the 360R V2. The first iteration of that cooler was recalled by MSI.

Hey Jerry
Thanks for your comments, especially about the v2 of the cpu cooler.
I was working in a vacuum on this, so I really appreciate you taking a look and validating the build.

I will post the build when I am done

thanks again,
Matt
