I've never built a my own pc before and I only know few things of it. Is this possibly a good build for 1080p 60fps recording? And I definitely down the line want to replace the 1660 ti with a 3080 would this build be able to hold the transition still? I probably want to get a 750w psu instead ofc to start so I wouldn't have to switch it out later. And also possibly okay for a different case but same components say for a NZXT H510i? Thank you in advance!

Yes this build can be upgraded with a RTX 3080 later on and you'll probably need it as the 1660ti might struggle to do 60fps gaming and streaming simultaneously in some games.

The nzxt H510i is a compatible case, yes, and a stronger PSU (850W) is a wise choice, as you'll need more power for the RTX 3080 later.

Which 850w psu do you recommend I get?

See if you can find one of the following:
Corsair RMx Series Platinum RM850x 850W Power Supply
EVGA SuperNOVA 850 P2 80+ Platinum Power Supply

Or, Seasonic is a good brand too.

I would suggest getting a cheaper processor like the 9900, and putting that money towards a 3070 GPU. The 550 power will be fine with a 3070, or even a 3080, but a 650 would be a safer option.

Would I have to get another board? Since I heard 10th gen Intel CPUs have their own set boards.

Yes you'll need a LGA1151 Motherboard for a 9900K. Though you should see what prices you are looking at. The 10850k has two extra cores and clocks higher.
