Hello !

I am new to Octane but I would like to make it to the next level and build a really good workstation for it !
I used the fantastic PC builder tool of cg director and I got this configuration down bellow. I had to change the processor since I didn't find on amazon the one I was told with the tool.
Same problem with the graphic card, the tool gave me the one in the list but it is no available on amazon, so I wondered if this one would be ok as well ?
I live in france so maybe that's why I cannot find all the pieces...

Hey Davy,
Yes the EVO version of the Asus Turbo will work just as well. The build looks good to me, though one thing you might want to think about is the ability to add more gpus in the future. If you'd like to be able to do that, you can get 2 stronger gpus now (like 2x 2080 super) and once you have more money you can add 2 more lateron.

You can easily add a bunch of sata ssds and hdds to the build, so the Seagate Barracuda will work nicely.

Thank you very much for your advices ! Indeed I was thinking about getting better gpus even if that means less gpus for a start. Great !
