We are happy for any kind of feedback that you might have for our PC-Builder Tool (https://www.cgdirector.com/pc-builder/).

- Found a weird Build or strange pricing?
- Do some combinations not make any sense?
- Do you have some Ideas how it could be further improved (Features)?

Let us know!

Thanks! :)

I have a fear of over or under building. I mainly wanted to do a build to be able to share an activity with my son and have something I can use going forward. I have a computer now that is a prebuilt older Lenovo integrated graphics etc. really not much but it works for what I do, surfing, youtube, emails and music { I would like a system that has excellent sound quality}. I dont know if i might like to game in the future? {I have an XBOX 1}. I dont want to under buy and find out I cant play much and I dont want to over buy and have my components get old while not really utilizing them? I may like to do some streaming especially if we keep staying locked down with the plandemic. Can you offer any advice?

Your workloads don't seem to be very demanding, so you can't do much wrong here. You only really need very strong components if you want to play the newest games or do 3d rendering or 4k video editing.

Youtube, surfing, emails, music and some smaller games will not need as much power.

Here's a suggestion build which should be more than enough for your workloads and then some:

CGDirector.com Parts List: https://www.cgdirector.com/pc-builder/?=6LAVj

CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 3700X 3.6GHz 8-Core Processor ($294.99)
CPU Cooler: AMD Wraith Prism Cooler (Included with CPU) (-)
