I've copied this build from the build service, but I honestly don't know what most of it means.
I need a desktop to run CAD, CAM, SOLIDWORKS AND FUSION 360 easily and relatively quickly.
Could someone please have a look at the components and advise if it will work or if not, what should I change. I have a budget of 3k for this machine. Please help. TIA

The build looks good to me overall. You'll be able to run CAD, CAM Fusion360 easily on such a machine. Do note, that Solidworks make good use of Pro-Level GPU features so an Nvidia Quadro or AMD Pro-GPU would make sense if you'll be using e.g. RealView in Solidworks.
