Only Blender skulpting,Rendering not an issue.Cpu or Gpu (which should i Priotirize)

Need Urgent Help. Should i buy 12900k+.... or a 3070ti graphics card for my old pc.i have money to buy only either one of these two option.Need Experts Opinion

I'd say it depends on your workloads. Doing more modeling and active work inside the viewport, get the 12900k. If you're looking to speed up your renders in Cycles (GPU), get the gpu.

Also depends on what you're upgrading from.
