Hello guys
It's my first time trying to build a PC and i wamt to build one for 3D modelling and Rendering (I'll be starting an online program soon).

My budget is $1500 and here was the build that was suggested by the website

CGDirector.com Parts List: https://www.cgdirector.com/pc-builder/?=6NucI

CPU: Intel Core i5 12600K 3.7GHz 6-Core Processor ($277.99)
CPU Cooler: be quiet! Dark Rock Pro 4 ($89.90)
Motherboard: ASUS Prime B660-PLUS DDR4 ATX LGA1700 ($139.99)
GPU: Nvidia RTX 3070 8GB - Asus Dual ($759.90)
Memory: 32GB (2 x 16GB) Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro DDR4-3200 C16 ($179.95)
Storage PCIe-SSD: Crucial P1 1TB, M.2 Solid State Drive ($119.00)
Power Supply: EVGA 650 B5, 80 Plus Bronze 650W Power Supply ($98.90)
Case: Fractal Design Define XL R2 Titanium Big Tower Case ($199.99)
Total: $1865.62

Pls Is this a good build?

Plus there's a warning that the CPU cooler may require LGA1700 mounting kit, will I need to also get that or what?

Thanks guys for your help

Looks good to me. One thing I'd change would be the PSU. Up it to at least 750W.
You can also opt for a smaller case instead of the Fractal Define XL.
