Hey nnalf,

Here's a build that should keep up with most of your gaming and video editing requirements for quite a while -

CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 3700X 3.6 GHz 8-Core Processor
CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 (can save a few bucks on this if you want to use the stock cooler. If you don't mind a little noise and won't need to overclock, the stock cooler will do)
Motherboard: MSI B550-A PRO ATX AM4 Motherboard
Memory: G.Skill Ripjaws V Series 32 GB (2 x 16 GB) DDR4-3200 CL16 Memory
Storage: Crucial P1 1 TB M.2-2280 NVME Solid State Drive
Video Card: EVGA GeForce RTX 2060 SUPER 8 GB SC BLACK GAMING Video Card
Case: NZXT H510 ATX Mid Tower Case
Power Supply: EVGA 650 B5, 80 Plus Bronze 650W Power Supply

You can drop down to a 2060 Super without affecting your video editing performance too much if you want to save money and (especially) are playing at 1080p. Games like those will handle just fine on a 2060 Super at 1080p.
