Hey, this is the first time I'm building a PC.

My budget is $1500
My main workload is Graphic Designing & secondary workload is Motion Designing
No, I won't be able to upgrade my PC for the next two years.
I will be shopping for my parts from India

CGDirector.com Parts List: https://www.cgdirector.com/pc-builder/?=6MLx2

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 5600X 3.7GHz 6-Core Processor ($299.00)
CPU Cooler: AMD Wraith Stealth Cooler (Included with CPU) (-)
Motherboard: MSI X570 Tomahawk ATX AM4 ($250.00)
GPU: AMD Radeon RX 570 4GB XFX RS XXX ($399.00)
Memory: 32GB (2 x 16GB) G.Skill Ripjaws V DDR4-3200 C16 ($119.99)
Storage SSD: Crucial MX500 1TB 2.5" Solid State Drive ($111.97)
Storage PCIe-SSD: ADATA XPG SX8200 Pro 1TB NVME M.2 Solid State Drive ($99.99)
Power Supply: Corsair CX Series CX450M 450W ATX 2.4 Power Supply ($33.57)
Case: Phanteks Enthoo Pro ATX Full Tower Case ($119.99)
Total: $1433.51

My doubts - Should I buy a CPU cooler?
Should I go with this motherboard?
I am planning to buy 500 TB NVME SSD and 1TB SSD, is that okay?

Sorry for all the stupid questions, but I have no clue about it.

You can get a CPU Cooler for increased boost and sustained performance during rendering. The stealth is ok but struggles under sustained loads.

The X570 Motherboard is unnecessary and you can easily get a B550 and save some cash. You can add your NVME drives and SSD without any issues. The GPU is quite low-end and price-inflated, but that's just how things are right now.

Did you have an existing spinning HDD for backup and archiving?
As an alternative to the ADATA XPG M.2 - check and see if the Samsung 970 EVO Plus 1TB SSD might be on special on Amazon US, it has a better write speed.
