Used the PC Builder tool. Are there any components if I spend a little more it would be totally worth it?

Hey Brian,
If you are working with RED footage, then the Threadripper line-up of cpus is your best bet. If not, I'd recommend going with a Ryzen 3950X which too has 16 cores but those cores are a bit faster than what the 2950X offers.

You'll need a x570 Motherboard too, and a compatible cpu cooler like the beQuiet Dark Rock Pro 4 AM4, if you decide to go that route.

thanks, Alex. Went with the inital specs (threadripper). Can I use
DARK POWER PRO 11
850W for the power supply?
