Hi, guys. WSP? Well, i want to tell a summary of my short story here before.
I´m living in Brazil, and work with PS (fulltime) and C4D and blender for all things (modeling, texturing, animation and render). My home is in a beach city close to sea and one day after an energy break down my PC stopped working. I sent my pc to a profissional and he found an oxidition on a CPU socket leading to a short circuit toasting a both parts and GPU.

Now I need to buy a new pc (or parts) but here all is very expensive (like $1 is equivalent to 5x my currency plus taxes), so I´m trying to build my pc like this:

My old PC:

i5 9600k (buy in 2019) - DIE
Cooler PCyes Zero KZ3
Gigabyte z390M Gaming (buy in early 2023) - DIE
RTX 3060 - DIE
Crucial Ballistix Sport LT 16GB (2x8) DDR4 2400MHz
Kingston NV1 500GB,M.2 2280 NVMe (good for me)
GAMEMAX GM650 - 650W
Case Sharkoon TK4 with 4 fans 120mm

Now, using the pc build here and searching parts within my buget I found this:

AMD Ryzen 9 7900X 4.7 GHz 12-Core
Cooler (use the same i have for hour) i want buy a Cooler Master MasterLiquid ML120L V2, RGB, 120mm
Asus TUF GAMING X670E-PLUS ATX AM5
Gigabyte GeForce RTX 4070 12 GB WINDFORCE or GALAX GeForce RTX 4070 12 GB OC
Kingston Fury Renegade RGB (RGB) 32 GB (2x16 GB) DDR5-6400

-
Kingston NV1 500GB,M.2 2280 NVMe (use the same i have for hour)
GAMEMAX GM650 - 650W (i´m thinking change)
Case Sharkoon TK4 with 4 fans 120mm (use the same i have)

So, this is it. I know this is a looong message but a need help from guys like you.

@Alex Glawion @Jerry James

Thanks so much.

Looks like a good plan. I'm not familiarl with the PCYes Cooler brand but it looks decent enough to be able to handle the 7900X. Don't expect crazy boost with it, though. The Gamemax PSU brand, too, I'm not familiar with, and if you've had it before when you encountered the power surge, I'm not entirely sure it's safe to continue using, may even be part of the issue.

The rest of the components look good to me.
